I don’t see much use for motion controls on this game though. I also think using touch controls to navigate the dungeons might have been fun. I find it strange that there is no touch screen controls on this game because the starting menu and the in-game menus look like they’d work better with touch than button controls. One More Dungeon has no touch screen or motion controls. The button controls for weapons and inventory are perfect. I do like that the camera is on the right stick because when its put anywhere else on first person games, thats extremly odd. To walk around you use the left stick and this works well mostly, but sometimes the walking can feel a little odd. The randomized dungeons a lot of replay value. And thankfully, its controls are good and you’ll enjoy playing this game.Īs for One More Dungeon’s controls, they are good, but not great. One More Dungeon is a game you could easily play for hours or just in small doses. The score you get in One More Dungeon counts because the points you get can be used to unlock bonuses that will help you in the next dungeon. Hopefully you’ll get pretty far before you do and get a higher score than last time. And don’t even try to memorize the dungeon for next time! One More Dungeon has randomized dungeons. Survival is key too you’ll run into a lot of enemies and traps. There are a lot of things to find in this game. One More Dungeon, above all, is about exploration. In One More Dungeon, the player is just thrown into a dungeon and expected to explore and survive it. How is One More Dungeon on the Nintendo Switch? Will people want to play a pixelated first person dungeon crawler in this day and age? It is a pixelated first person dungeon crawler that will remind you a lot of the old first person shooters/dungeon crawlers from PC. How would a game like that be now? What if a game like that now decided to go retro and create a totally pixelated first person dungeon crawler? In fact, there’s a game just like that on the Nintendo Switch. Dungeon crawlers back then were simple, yet fun. I also got a chance to play Doom on the PC, even though I wasn’t a PC gamer. I use to play 3D first person dungeon crawlers a lot during the NES era.
